Accelerating dialogue between academia, public and private sector.
Currently we are working on agenda-setting opinion/position paper to improve the narratives around and the perception of miso in Europe (coming early 2024).
Community Working Group
Small and big European producers are the heart and key to a successful expansion of miso in Europe. Our goal is to create the symbiosis through community of like-minded people and spread the knowledge and inspiration around the continent together.
Currently we are working on an European-wide event for everyone to join (coming late 2024).
