We are Mieko, Melina & Daniel, in our studio in Heidelberg we make handmade and unpasteurized miso miso from the finest local and organic ingredients. Inspired by japanese recipes, our aim is to make this tradition with local ingredients and modern cuisine accessible to people in europe.
